1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PepperFlick application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PepperFlick is a platform that connects customers with local street food vendors for pre-ordering and pickup. We facilitate orders and payments but are not a party to the transaction between customer and vendor.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to vendor availability and acceptance
• Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store card details
• A platform fee may be charged on each order as displayed at checkout
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@pepperflick.com

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before the vendor begins preparation
• Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible
• If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Leave abusive reviews or harass vendors

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with PepperFlick are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

PepperFlick is a platform connecting customers with vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PepperFlick harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
